Doesn't work just sends me to website to top up

Worst electric app ever! For the past few months, the top up app has been unavailable and I am constantly having to put my details in every time. For the amount of money we are having to spend on electric, you would think we could get an app that works!

No good

I found the solution! If it shows the option to sign in (for already registered users), when it states username/password, you use your usual password BUT you use the LAST 9 digits of your KPN (NOT the username or email you've registered with)! Ex: Username: last 9 digits of KPN Password: password you chose upon registration If it only shows the white page, with the option to top up as a "guest", then uninstall/reinstall and it will give you the sign in section (follow the steps above).

Terrible. Does not work what the point of a app lik this if it does nothing. Waste of time and space on phone storage.

Can't register, nearly useless app.

Trying to submit meter readings is impossible.....no premises found! I've only been a customer for 21 years... have to submit through NIE web page which is then passed on to you! And yes... have uninstalled reinstalled, have logged in, logged out ...no difference. Sort it out please
